Tips to Control Acne

• Don't pop the pimple!  Every time you squeeze and poke and scratch you're spreading the bacteria around.  Ever notice a few days later another pimple is right beside the one you were picking at?

• Don't Scrub!  Don't use facial scrubs or even scrub with a wash cloth.  It's the same thing as squeezing and picking... there goes the bacteria... here comes another zit!

• Watch out for your headbands and hats.  They aggravate the acne and can keep your forehead dirty and even scratch at the acne, spreading that bacteria around.

• Clean your telephones, office/home and cell.  They are loaded with bacteria and for women, old make-up!  Use some rubbing alcohol or disinfecting wipes and get that stuff off your phone.

• Don't touch your face!  Where have your hands and fingers been all day?  If you have a habit of cupping your face/chin, break the habit.

• Wash your hair.  Styling products are guilty of causing acne.
